Questions

Can you get the reviews taken down?

No one outside Google can. Google removes a review only when it breaks a review policy, and a report that names the policy and the evidence is the one most likely to be acted on. We write that report; you submit it from your own account.

What if the review is real but unfair?

Then it stays, and we say so before you pay. A real customer's honest opinion is not removable, however harsh. We take only reviews that match a policy: spam, off-topic, conflict of interest, impersonation, harassment or content from a competitor.

Do you log in to my Google account?

Never. You send us the review text and links; we send back the pack; you report and reply from your own account.
